Before beginning his career as a general practitioner and family physician, Dr. Boutros Mikhail graduated with a medical degree from Cairo University. He went on to complete an internship and earn a diploma in pediatrics at Cairo University before relocating to Canada, where he underwent additional postgraduate training at Memorial University of Newfoundland. Dr. Boutros Mikhail’s background also includes a diploma of practical dermatology, which he earned with distinction from Cardiff University -UK.
Today, Dr. Mikhail draws on his education and training to serve as a family physician in Ontario. Working at multiple clinics, he has cared for thousands of patients and currently for more than 2,200 rostered patients. He speaks Arabic and English, and prides himself on providing personalized care that accounts for the unique needs of each patient.
Dr. Boutros Mikhail maintains board certification in Family Medicine and fellowship designation from the College of Family Physicians of Canada. A former general practitioner in the Middle East, he shares his professional knowledge with the next generation of physicians as a Assistant clinical Professor at McMaster University’s Faculty of Medicine ,Family medicine department.
